Chris Rock wants to hit the road again and bring Dave Chappelle along for the ride. In fact, he tells Vulture that he was inspired by Jigga and Kanye and their collaborative effort.

“I’ve been talking to Chappelle a lot. Been trying to get Chappelle to go on tour. You know I’m not the hard one laughing. But I’m trying to make that happen. After seeing Kanye and Jay-Z, I was like, ‘Me and Dave should do this.’ Hell yeah! Rock doesn’t have a name for the tour yet, but he’s probably open to suggestions, right?”

Diddy’s taking his entrepreneurship to the tube. B&C reports Puff and former MTV programming chief Andy Schuon are in negotiations with Comcast and Time Warner to distribute their music cable network, Revolt, scheduled to launch on December 12. Watch out BET.

Hopefully this sticks. With their independent compilation album already out, DMX tells TMZ the label’s CEO Waah Dean has already started booking venues across the country.
EVE and the Lox have not officially signed on yet, but Swizz Beatz and Drag-On are already onboard. X says: “We are all family and we’re going to come back stronger than when we left … It’s going to take the nation by storm.” On a related note, DMX will hit the S.O.B.’s stage on February 23rd. We’ll be there.

Seems like these days, LL Cool J can live without the radio. While out promoting his Boomdizzle site at this years CES in Las Vegas, LL spoke to Forbes & CNET about his product and what he feels is wrong with the music business. According to LL, radio has lost it’s audience over the age of 14 and seems to barely hold on to its 14 and younger audience by playing the same ol’ songs throughout the day. But don’t take our word or LL’s for it. Just turn on your local radio station now and see how many times you’ll hear the same song within a matter of hours/minutes. That's if you still listen to the radio LMAO !
