Reports flew yesterday that 28-year-old Nicki Minaj and an "unidentified male" got into a hostile argument that started at their hotel pool and ended in the hotel room they were sharing.  Nicki did not want to press charges, but the police were called and a report was taken.

Nicki denied any altercation took place.  And while she may not have been punched in the face with a fist, according to recently revealed docs, she did tell Dallas police on the evening of July 11th that she was indeed hit in the face with a suitcase by said male at Hotel Palomar.

Now, the police report, gathered by the Dallas Observer, details that once Nicki and the mystery man took the argument back to the room, she "told him she didn't want him taking anything out of the room."  The male's suitcase and personal belongings were in the room. Then, as he was packing his suitcase up, he "shoved the suitcase across [Nicki's] chin and lower lip."

Other sources report another part of the police report state that Nicki's teeth cut the inside of her lower lip once hit with the suitcase, causing it to bleed.
